International Certificate of Competence The International Certificate of Competence is the internationally recognised certificate for the use by British citizens of a British flagged vessel for leisure abroad. Other countries may also accept the ICC for use of their native flagged vessels, but we recommend you take further advice on this. Passing the two day National Powerboat Certificate (level 2) entitles the holder to apply for an ICC, but this is only valid in Coastal waters. To validate the ICC for inland waters you will need in addition the CEVNI test (see below). ½- day assessment, Course Cost: £115.00
This is for experienced but uncertified powerboaters who want a Level 2 and/or an ICC. Experience required: Practical and theoretical knowledge commensurate with the RYA Powerboat Level 2 syllabus.
Dates by arrangement.
