New for 2010 - RYA Introduce a Level 3 - Better Sailing course as a stepping stone between Level 2 and the advanced modules. This course can be tailored to suit the group, introducing taster sessions from the advanced modules.

We can improve your belaying techniques or introduce you to different belay devices, show you vital rope techniques or help you to progress to climbing outdoors or to the main Sunderland climbing wall.
